"This note to thank you formally for the excellent service during our recent round the world trip. The aircraft was spotlessly clean and well maintained and the crew helpful at all times. The flights themselves were perfect. The special highlights included flying over Grand Canyon at 14,000 ft, flying in over Pearl Harbour in Honolulu, landing in Fiji in the coral sea to refuel and of course flying over the Great Barrier reef on route to Cairns.
